We like to refer to ourselves as the oldest new kid on the block. Although C.A.P.S., Inc. was formed in 2005, we had been operating as Tonawanda Challenger Baseball since 1990. By establishing ourselves as an independent organization, we have been able to expand our services to include programs other than just baseball.
